CHAPTER 24.
RESOLVE ALLOWING £.47,, 19, TO BE PD COLL. NOYES FOR SNOW SHOOEMEN.
Resolved That the Sum of forty Seven Pounds and nineteen Shilings, be allowed, & Paid out of the Publick Treasury, to Col: Thomas co T. Noyes, Five Pounds, & nineteen Shillings thereof, being for Seventeen men within named at 7/ p man, who are provided with new Snow Shoes, & Mogginsons, & the remaining forty two pounds for 420, men within-named, at 2/ $J man for those formerly provided. [Passed June 19.

Act for ADDITIONAL ALLOWTM FOR SNOW SHOOES.
WHEREAS, It is Complain'd, That the Allowance for those, who are Injoined by Law, to be constantly provided, with Snow Shoes, and Mogginsons is too Small.
Ordered That Two Shillings, man, for the year next coining, and one Shilling j> year for the two next years after, be further allowed to each of the Said Persons.
And That effectuall Care be Taken, That they be forthwith Provided with Snow Shoes, & Mogginsons, & alwaies kept iu good Repair, as the Law Directs. [Passed November 5.

RESOLVE ALLOWING £.56,, 18/, FOR SNOW SHOOES &c. IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE.
An Accompt presented by Coll: Samuel Patridge Legislative of Snow Shooes repaired & fitted up for her Majesties Service in the council8 via., Militia within the County of Hampshire under his Command at 2/. per 52 L per Man according to an Act of this Court, And some new Snow Shooes provided, Amounting in the Whole to Fifty six Pounds & eighteen Shillings:Resolved that the Whole of this Accompt be allowed & paid out of the publick Treasury to Samuel Patridge Esqr for the Use of the Persons to whom It is due. [Passed November 17.
